Malaysia-based Xamble Group Limited has taken another step in strengthening its position within Southeast Asia’s creator economy by significantly expanding its influencer network through the integration of YouthsToday. The milestone comes alongside stronger financial results for the second quarter of 2026, suggesting that the company’s turnaround strategy is beginning to deliver measurable results.
The influencer marketing and creator-commerce company now manages a network of nearly 22,000 influencers across seven Southeast Asian markets. Combined with higher platform activity, new enterprise contracts, and improved profitability, the latest quarter marks one of Xamble’s strongest performances since it launched its business transformation initiative last year.
YouthsToday Acquisition Accelerates Growth
A key driver behind Xamble’s recent expansion is its acquisition of a 55.6% stake in YToday Sdn Bhd, the company behind the YouthsToday platform. The acquisition, completed in April 2026, immediately expanded Xamble’s creator ecosystem by adding thousands of influencers to its existing platform. Instead of building a larger creator community organically over several years, the acquisition gives Xamble greater scale almost immediately.
By the end of June, Xamble’s creator community had reached 21,952 influencers, making it one of the larger influencer marketing platforms operating across Southeast Asia.
For brands, a larger creator marketplace means more campaign flexibility. Businesses can choose from a broader range of content creators with different audience sizes, demographics, industries, and engagement levels, allowing campaigns to be tailored more effectively to specific marketing objectives.
Building a Regional Creator Marketplace
Unlike influencer agencies that focus on a single country, Xamble operates throughout Southeast Asia. Its network now spans:
- Malaysia
- Singapore
- Thailand
- Vietnam
- Indonesia
- The Philippines
- Myanmar
This regional presence allows multinational companies to manage influencer campaigns across multiple markets through a single platform, rather than coordinating separate agencies in each country.
As cross-border e-commerce and digital advertising continue to expand across Southeast Asia, brands are increasingly looking for marketing partners that can execute campaigns at a regional level while maintaining local market knowledge. The larger influencer network resulting from the YouthsToday acquisition helps Xamble better address this growing demand.
More Than Influencer Marketing
Although influencer marketing remains one of its core services, Xamble has expanded into several related digital marketing segments. The company offers:
- Influencer marketing
- Social media marketing
- Performance marketing
- Social commerce solutions
This broader service portfolio enables brands to manage multiple aspects of their digital campaigns through a single provider. Instead of simply connecting brands with influencers, Xamble also supports campaign planning, content execution, performance tracking, and commerce initiatives designed to convert social media engagement into measurable sales.
As brands demand greater accountability for digital advertising budgets, platforms that combine content creation with measurable business outcomes are becoming increasingly valuable.
Platform Engagement Continues to Rise
The expansion of Xamble’s creator network has also been accompanied by significantly higher platform activity. During the second quarter, cumulative platform transactions climbed to 160,196, up from just 25,525 during the same period last year. This represents more than a sixfold increase in activity.
The increase suggests that both creators and advertisers are becoming more active on the platform, resulting in more campaign collaborations and commercial opportunities.
Mobile adoption also continued to grow. App downloads increased by 50% year over year to 13,571, indicating that more creators are joining and using the platform to participate in marketing campaigns.
Meanwhile, the overall size of the influencer community increased by 536%, largely reflecting the integration of YouthsToday’s network.
Higher engagement across the platform may also improve long-term customer retention, as brands often prefer working with platforms that offer access to larger, more active creator communities.
Financial Performance Improves Alongside Expansion
The company’s operational growth was matched by stronger financial performance during the quarter. Revenue increased 34% year over year to A$2 million, making it Xamble’s highest quarterly revenue since beginning its turnaround strategy. More importantly, the company reported underlying business EBITDA of A$243,000.
This represents a significant improvement from losses of A$171,000 during the corresponding quarter last year and A$170,000 during the previous quarter. The turnaround demonstrates that revenue growth is now translating into improved profitability rather than simply supporting higher operating expenses.
Gross profit also rose by 35% to A$750,000. Gross margin improved to approximately 38%, compared with 37% a year earlier and 35% during the March quarter. Improving margins suggest that Xamble is becoming more efficient as its business scales, allowing a larger portion of revenue to contribute toward profitability.
Enterprise Contracts Fuel Revenue Growth
Another contributor to the company’s stronger results was the commencement of several new enterprise projects. During the quarter, three commercial contracts worth approximately A$1.17 million began contributing revenue. These projects cover businesses operating in the:
- Technology sector
- Education sector
- Automotive industry
Landing enterprise customers is an important milestone for influencer marketing companies because larger organizations typically require recurring campaigns and larger marketing budgets than smaller businesses. Enterprise clients also tend to seek long-term marketing partnerships rather than one-off promotional campaigns, creating more predictable revenue streams.
As these contracts mature, they may continue contributing revenue over future quarters.
Automation Supports Operational Efficiency
Beyond expanding its customer base, Xamble continues investing in automation as part of its broader turnaround strategy. Management believes automation has helped simplify business processes while reducing operating costs.
The integration of YouthsToday is expected to generate approximately A$700,000 in annual cost savings through shared technology platforms, operational efficiencies, and streamlined business functions. Lower operating costs allow more revenue to flow directly toward profitability, particularly as transaction volumes continue increasing.
Automation can also improve campaign management by reducing manual work involved in influencer matching, reporting, campaign approvals, and payment processing. These efficiencies become increasingly valuable as the platform continues growing.
Stronger Balance Sheet Provides Flexibility
Xamble also strengthened its financial position during the quarter. Cash reserves increased to A$1.05 million from A$946,000 at the end of March. The improvement follows the successful completion of an A$667,000 share placement during May.
The additional funding provides greater financial flexibility as the company continues integrating YouthsToday while pursuing new enterprise opportunities throughout Southeast Asia. A stronger cash position also reduces financial pressure during expansion, allowing management to invest in technology, platform improvements, and customer acquisition without relying heavily on short-term financing.
Management Sees Positive Momentum
Interim Chief Executive Officer Adrian Tan described the latest quarter as evidence that the company’s transformation strategy is working. According to Tan, stronger revenue growth, improved profitability, and expanding enterprise business demonstrate the benefits of simplifying operations while making better use of automation.
He also noted that newly signed commercial contracts have begun contributing revenue, while the YouthsToday integration is progressing smoothly. Management believes these developments are creating momentum toward sustained long-term growth and a clearer path to consistent profitability.
Outlook
The latest quarter marks an important milestone for Xamble as it continues evolving from a traditional influencer marketing company into a broader creator-commerce platform serving brands across Southeast Asia.
The successful integration of YouthsToday has significantly expanded its creator ecosystem, while enterprise contract wins demonstrate growing confidence from larger businesses. Combined with higher platform engagement, improving margins, and stronger cash reserves, the company appears better positioned than it was a year ago.
Although competition within Southeast Asia’s influencer marketing industry remains intense, Xamble’s strategy of combining regional scale, automation, creator commerce, and enterprise marketing services could help differentiate it from smaller competitors.
If the company continues converting new contracts into recurring revenue while realizing the expected cost savings from integration, it may be able to build on its recent momentum and further strengthen its presence in one of the world’s fastest-growing digital advertising markets.
