OPPO Malaysia recently launched the brand-new OPPO F7, its latest F-series product, at the price of RM1,399. To mark the arrival of the F7, the company held their first sale roadshow at Sunway Pyramid Mall on 21 April 2018. OPPO also partnered with Maxis for a special F7 package to celebrate its arrival.
Adding to the excitement, O-fans stood a chance to meet Taiwan-based Malaysian singer and actress, Min Chen who is making an appearance as the ‘Selfie Icon’ of OPPO F7. She joined the roadshow at Sunway Pyramid Mall to introduce and demonstrate the new and improved A.I. Beauty Recognition Technology 2.0 in the latest F7.
The improved A.I. technology allows for more precise and accurate facial recognition by 20% compared to its predecessor.
“As an actress and selfie enthusiast, the A.I. Beauty Technology 2.0 really comes in handy as the A.I. identifies my beautification preferences, based on the most common edits made to photo album images. It then automatically creates similar adjustments to my new photos. The F7 knows precisely what I want, takes amazing selfies, and it helps me save time, so I can easily share more selfies with my followers,” expressed Min Chen.
The OPPO F7 boasts a 25-megapixel front camera with real-time High Dynamic Range (HDR) sensor which enables users to take a higher range of detail, luminance and colour levels when shot in bright sunlight or shade, similar to images taken with a good quality digital camera. Thus, users have a lot more control – regardless of whether photos are taken in bright or low light environments.

This is to ensure that our products are best catered to consumer needs and wants. At the same time, we have cooperated with our telco partner, Maxis by introducing attractive phone plans to provide consumers with better options to obtain the whole new OPPO F7.”
The new OPPO F7 comes with an enhanced 2280 x 1080 resolution under its 6.2-inch FHD+ Super Full Screen display while sporting a 19:9 aspect ratio. Users will have three colours to choose from which is Solar Red, Moonlight Silver and a special Diamond Black edition to best suit their personality.
Apart from the roadshow event of the F7, OPPO will be announcing purchasing details to pre-order its special edition F7 model with 128GB storage capacity. This special edition model will be available in Sunrise Red and Diamond Black– a unique glass body that shimmers like gemstones and reflects different colours with each glance from the user.
OPPO F7, priced at RM1,399 is now available at all OPPO concept stores, OPPO Official Website and all OPPO official sales points across Malaysia. On the other hand, the OPPO F7 128GB, priced at RM1,699 will be available to pre-order from 23rd April 2018 to 27th April 2018.
