MSI has unveiled a wide-ranging collection of limited-edition PC hardware and gaming peripherals to celebrate its 40th anniversary. Introduced at COMPUTEX 2026, the Draco Epic Edition range includes a motherboard, graphics card, liquid cooler, power supply, PC chassis, headset, keyboard, mouse and mouse pad.
Rather than releasing a single commemorative product, MSI has created an almost complete ecosystem for enthusiasts who want to assemble a matching anniversary-themed computer.
The collection takes its visual inspiration from Draco, the dragon associated with the constellation of the same name. MSI describes the figure as a symbol of wisdom, power, guardianship and longevity. Deep blue finishes, gold constellation lines and detailed dragon artwork appear throughout the collection. MSI says the products will be available in limited quantities.
The announcement comes just days after MSI released its first IJP OLED Panel monitor, the MSI 271UPJW12.
MSI Turns Anniversary Hardware Into a Full PC Theme
Anniversary editions often focus on one flagship device. MSI has taken a broader approach by extending the Draco design across nearly every visible part of a desktop setup. It also supports USB4 and Wi-Fi 7, giving builders access to current high-speed wired and wireless standards.
MSI has included its EZ DIY features to simplify component installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. The motherboard therefore combines the commemorative Draco treatment with features aimed at enthusiast AMD systems.
RTX 5080 Suprim Model Receives Collector Styling
The GeForce RTX 5080 16G Suprim Draco Epic Edition brings the anniversary design to one of the collection’s most prominent components. Its aluminum alloy frame features diamond-cut lines and brushed surfaces. MSI has also added an anodized metal backplate with intricate engraving that references the company’s 40-year history.
The backplate and frame are designed to remain visible in showcase builds, particularly those using vertical graphics card mounting. Cooling comes from MSI’s Hyper Frozr thermal system. This design combines Stormforce fans with a vapor chamber and optimized heat pipes. The vapor chamber distributes heat from the graphics processor and memory across the cooling assembly. The heat pipes then carry that energy towards the heatsink fins, where the fans remove it.
MSI has positioned the model as both a high-performance graphics card and a limited-edition collector’s piece.
Draco Cooler Adds Animation and Starry-Blue Styling
The MEG CoreLiquid E15 Draco Epic Edition continues the celestial theme through its cooler housing and display. MSI has used a deep starry-blue finish, aluminum laser engraving, and exclusive Draco animations. These animations provide a more visible connection to the wider anniversary collection.
An integrated frame fan arrangement is designed to preserve the cooler’s visual appearance while maintaining airflow. The cooler also uses MSI’s Laminar Focus Technology, which manages airflow to improve cooling performance around important system components. A Cooling Safeguard feature adds protection against potential cooling problems.
Anniversary Power Supply Supports High-End Builds
The MEG Ai1600T PCIe 5 Draco Epic Edition is the power supply included in the collection. An addressable RGB panel displays Draco-inspired lighting effects that users can synchronize through MSI Center. The opposite side uses artwork inspired by ancient murals, presenting Draco as a guardian associated with the stars and eternity.
The power supply delivers 1,600W, making it suitable for systems containing flagship processors, powerful graphics cards and extensive cooling hardware. It includes two native 12V-2×6 connectors for newer high-performance graphics cards. Native connections reduce the need for adapters in compatible systems.
MSI also uses silicon carbide MOSFET technology to support power conversion and efficiency. The unit has received a Cybenetics Lambda A++ noise rating, placing an emphasis on quiet operation despite its high output capacity.
Maestro 900R Chassis Becomes the Collection’s Centerpiece
The MEG Maestro 900R Draco Epic Edition provides the main enclosure for a complete anniversary build. MSI has replaced the standard grey aluminum panels with a deep blue finish inspired by the night sky. Detailed digital artwork depicts the Draco constellation across the exterior. The chassis is designed for users who want to display their hardware rather than conceal it inside a conventional case.
Its centered motherboard arrangement creates a balanced internal layout. MSI has also included a motherboard tray that users can rotate in four directions. This flexibility allows builders to experiment with component orientation, cable routing and system presentation.
Gaming Gear Bundle Extends the Theme Beyond the PC
MSI has also created a matching gaming gear bundle for users who want the anniversary styling across their desktop. The bundle includes the Strike Wireless 8K HE Draco Epic Edition keyboard, Versa Wireless 8K Draco Epic Edition mouse and Agility Draco Epic Edition mouse pad. All three products use a deep blue color palette with gold constellation details, astronomical illustrations and dragon imagery.
The keyboard and mouse support an 8,000Hz polling rate. This means they can report inputs to a connected computer up to 8,000 times per second. Higher polling rates can reduce input latency, although the practical difference will depend on the system, display and game.
The mouse pad provides a large matching surface intended to maintain consistent tracking. Together, the products give users a coordinated keyboard, mouse and desk setup rather than a collection of unrelated anniversary accessories.
Maestro Wireless Headset Completes the Setup
The Maestro Wireless Draco Epic Edition headset applies the same visual design to its earcups and headband. Its deep blue finish is combined with detailed dragon artwork and gold constellation lines. The headset uses 40mm drivers and supports active noise cancellation. This technology reduces surrounding noise by generating sound waves that counter external audio.
