Are Asian organisations prepared for the digital economy?

According to the new survey by Thomson Reuters, 78% of Asian businesses view disruption as an opportunity for them, but at the same time 51% of respondents see it as a threat to their business models. With disruption potentially being a double-edged sword, Asian businesses are working hard to transform themselves to monetise the opportunities disruption is creating whilst also mitigating the threat of obsolescence.

On 6-7 September at Suntec Singapore, TECHX Asia 2017 will demonstrate how industries such as smart cities, factories, logistics, utilities and transport are transforming themselves amidst  the digital disruptions brought by emerging technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence, robotics, blockchain, 3D technology, big data and drones. On Day One of the event, visionary keynote speaker, Mr Aric Dromi, Chief Futurologist, Volvo Car Group, Sweden & Executive Advisor, NTTi3.com will be sharing about our digitally-enabled autonomous future and how technology will change the way we think and work.
