OnePlus 5T sports 18:9 display and enhanced dual camera

The latest to join the OnePlus ranks is the OnePlus 5T, a top-of-the-line device that packs in the Snapdragon 835, Adreno 540 GPU and up to 8GB of RAM in a seamless unibody. Topping that off is an awesome 18:9 display and enhanced dual-camera system.

“We love nothing more than offering our community the latest and greatest technology and a user experience to beat expectations,” said OnePlus Founder and CEO Pete Lau. “Once again, we’ve worked hard to refine every last detail.”

The 6-inch Full Optic AMOLED Display offers an 18:9 aspect ratio while keeping a form factor similar to that of the OnePlus 5. It also comes with new Sunlight Display technology that adapts automatically to harsh light to facilitate a great viewing experience.

While the main camera remains unchanged from that of the OnePlus 5, the secondary camera has been beefed up, giving it a large f/1.7 aperture for superior low light photography. That would be useful paired with house-modified OxygenOS’ new Face Unlock feature, which allows OnePlus users to unlock their phone just by looking at their device.

The OnePlus 5T in both the 64 GB and 128 GB (Midnight Black version) storage options will be available on OnePlus.net in the United States and in Europe on November 21st starting from USD 499 / EUR 499 / GBP 449.

For those in Malaysia, there’s no official news yet, but there are options such as BigAppleBuddy that lets you buy and ship them over here.
